Nicole Keller Derrick, age 39 passed away November 7, 2011, with her family by her side at home in Acworth, Ga. She was born August 14, 1972, in Akron, Ohio to Robert and Beverly Keller. At the age of 12 she moved with her family to Calhoun, GA. where she graduated from Gordon Central High School in 1990. She attended college at Wesleyan College of Macon. After graduation, she was employed by PepsiCo Corporation as Senior Operations Manager. She was an active member of the Acworth United Methodist Church, where she worked with various children's ministries. Her interests included family, singing, traveling and family related activities. She devoted much of her time and energy to her husband Chris and sons, Jack and Cooper. Nicole is survived by her husband Chris, sons, Jack and Cooper, brother, Ryan and parents Robert and Beverly Keller, all of Acworth. Services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, November 12, 2011; with visiting hours Friday, November 11 from 4-9 pm, both at the main sanctuary of at Acworth UMC. Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.
