Pennie Stephens Turner, age 64, of Acworth, Georgia passed away on Tuesday, April 13, 2021. Pennie was born in Lagrange, Georgia on July 26, 1956 to her late parents Minnie and Johnny Franklin Morrow. Pennie was a loving mama, nana and friend. Pennie was preceded in death by her loving husband Ronald Gary Turner Sr.; and son Chris Turner.
Pennie is survived by her children, son, Scott Tillman of Silvercreek, Georgia; daughter Michelle Roberts (Chris) of Cartersville, Georgia; son Spencer Tillman (Kayla) of Hollysprings, Georgia; son Gary Turner (Crystal) of Acworth, Georgia; and son Kevin Turner (Dawn) of Kennesaw, Georgia, brother Johnny Morrow (Venda), sister Sue Mann of Tomball, Texas and sister Ann Green (Stan) of Acworth, Georgia.
Mrs. Turner also leaves behind 16 grandchildren, and 1 great grandchild.
A visitation will be held on April 16, 2021 from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home, 2950 North Cobb Pkwy, Kennesaw, Georgia. A Funeral Service will be held on April 17, 2021 at 3:00 pm from the Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home Chapel. A private burial will be held on April 21, 2021 at The Georgia National Cemetery, 1080 Scott Hudgens Drive, Canton, Georgia.
