Together, they built a beautiful family that includes their two children, Diane (and husband Mike) and Mark (and wife Deltsey), and were blessed with three wonderful grandchildren, Nicole and Emily Scibilia, and Riley Woerner. Recently, they also welcomed a great-grandchild, Grace Lawrence. Phil was known for his love of golf, tennis, and fishing. These passions brought him great joy and allowed him to forge many cherished memories with family and friends.
