A total shock.

I took over Becky's duties as treasurer of GABMA in 2013. Through her past work, I am often reminded of her organization, attention to detail, neatness, and beautiful handwriting.

I didn't know her well, but could see that it would be very easy to fall in love with a girl like that, and most of the other guys at GABMA felt the same.

Becky was my life-long best friend and there just aren't words to express how saddened I am by her passing, or how much she will be missed.  Becky was good to everyone and had a heart of gold. She was an awesome chef and knew how to do everything around the house--just last month she taught me how to fold a fitted sheet (which I didn't even know was possible).  She was so wonderful to my daughter, Tori, who called her Aunt Becky (Tori didn't realize they weren't actually related until she was older!).  Becky was also my favorite travel companion--together we toured Italy and I will forever cherish the time I was able to spend with her and the countless adventures we had.  She was a beautiful person who was always positive and smiling no matter what the circumstances.  I am so sorry for your loss and I will keep you all in my prayers.

Becky's passing came as a monumental shock, and leaves a immeasurable void in all that is loving and good. The night we met I knew she was a very special person. So full of life and love of life. Her eyes sparkled with energy, her mind brimming with new ideas, her heart quick to make new friends. She was a human dynamo, who worked her magic with such grace and poise that it left an indelible smile on your soul. When Becky showed up, you innately understood something good was going to happen. One may meet five such people in a lifetime. Becky made you forget the other four. Our sincere thoughts and prayers go out to her friends and family.

I was very saddened to hear about Becky's passing. May the promise found in Ps. 34 : 17-18 be of comfort to you and your loved ones during this difficult time.

I am very sorry for your family's loss. 

I met Becky through a mutual friend, we worked together for years in GABMA. She was a sweet and kind person. I am glad to have known her. She had a wonderful passion for motorcycles and dogs. I'm sure there will be several dogs in heaven that will enjoy her company.

Becky, Laurie and I met sophomore year at GCA and soon became inseparable. Most nights I snuck into their room after lights out and we'd debate into the wee hours the merits of one band over another. As adults we drifted in and out of touch, but were always able to instantly catch up again. I am so thankful Becky and I reconnected a few years ago and for the many laughs we've had together. Even in the midst of her own illness, she reached out to me during my own health problems; always encouraging, supportive and irreverent. She was a loving daughter & sister and an adoring aunt - she talked about you all almost as much as the dogs :) I like to imagine Becky and Laurie are together at this moment, playing with Rocky. Your family is in my prayers.

I'm sorry so the hear of Becky's passing. My husband worked with her several years back and she was always so sweet. Godspeed to her family.

Becky was a good friend of my family for years in GABMA.  I am so sorry to hear of her passing.  She will be missed by us all.

Becky has an amazing adventurous spirit and witty sense of humor that made her easy to get to know and become friends with as we both worked for FIGHT! Magazine. I will never forget the countless childhood memories I have with Becky.  We were joined at the hip growing up, and I cherish the years we spent together.  I can't count the number of times I told her "meet you at the back gate!".  Becky was always so full of life, with an adventurous spirit and a huge heart.  Even though it's been many years since we've spent time together, I will still miss her.  Please accept my most heartfelt sympathies for your loss.  I will be praying for your family.

I am sure that all the Members of GABMA remember her tireless work and cheerful spirit, at the meetings and, especially at the British in the Blue Ridge Rally. She brightened the smiles of hundreds of the faithful, and she is missed.

Jane, I remember the many years when our daughters were best friends.  Either Alicia was at your home or Becky was at ours from the time school got out until supper time.  There is so much that should be said at this time, but no words seem adequate.  Just know that you and your family are being thought about and cared about.  Bob and I hope you find special comfort in knowing that your daughter, and all she meant to all of us, will remain in our hearts forever.

I worked with Becky for the past 13 years. She was honest, loyal and always smiling. She managed to touch the lives of everyone in our office even on her brief once a week visits. Just last week she was reminding me about some papers she needed to pay some tax on time, she did not want to stop working and let us down. She was a good friend and co-worker. She will be missed.
