Robbie, who was named after his 2 grandfathers, was a free spirit, a bit of a daredevil, and was always up for the next big adventure. He spent his working career as an Automotive Mechanic, most recently working for Garrett Automotive. In his spare time he enjoyed riding motorcycles, jet skis, wakeboarding,water skiing, and hanging out with his friends. Robbie was a wonderful son, brother, uncle, fiance and friend; he will certainly be missed by all who knew and loved him.
Along with his parents, Robbie is survived by his step father, David Nieland; one sister, Amber Simmons and husband Rob of Mableton; the love of his life, fiance, Ashley Dercole; two nephews, Robert Simmons Jr., Eli Simmons, and niece, Yva Simmons; life-long best friend, Rob Musumeci; and several extended family members and friends also survive.
A funeral service to honor the life of Robbie Ahouse will be held at two o’clock in the afternoon on Monday, June 18, 2018 in the Chapel of Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home with Rev. Robert Ledbetter officiating. Interment will follow in the Pine Ridge Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends from twelve o’clock in the afternoon until the funeral hour on Monday, June 18, 2018 at the funeral home.
In lieu of customary remembrances the family request donations be made to the Bikers Against Child Abuse foundation.
