Ronald Harold Falstreau, age 79 went to be with the Lord on Saturday, September 30, 2023. Ron was born in Miami, Florida to Albert and Mildred Falstreau. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He faithfully served his country for 20 years in the US Navy and was a devoted member of Kennesaw UMC for many years. He will be missed by his family and friends.
Ron is survived by his wife of 60 years, Sandra Luella Falstreau; his daughter Serena Moore (Todd); his sons Ronald H. Falstreau, II (Stefannie), Thomas S. Falstreau (Susan E.); 11 grandchildren; Nicole Sowder, Nicholas Deters, Ila Jimenez, Justin Crawford, Ken Hunter, Kara Tucker, Kati Craft, Elizabeth Falstreau Bethany Falstreau, Cole Moore, Arin Moore & 11 great grandchildren.
A memorial service is scheduled for Friday, October 6 at 2:00 pm at Kennesaw UMC with visitation to begin at 1:00 pm in the church Narthex. Ron will be laid to rest in Georgia National Cemetery, 1080 Scott Hudgens Drive, Canton, Georgia 30194 on Monday, October 9, 2023, 9am with military honors.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Ronald's memory may be made to Kennesaw United Methodist Church General Fund, 1801 Ben King Rd, Kennesaw, Georgia 30144.
