Mrs. Breeden worked as a residence manager at Navarro Apartments for 10 years and she dedicated her time to being a wonderful homemaker. She was very active in the Oasis of Love Church for over 35 years along with her husband. Ruth Ann was very passionate about the church. Ruth’s greatest passion, however, was for her family. She was a beautiful example of unconditional love. Ruth Ann Breeden will always be remembered and cherished as a loving wife, mother and grandmother.
Ruth Ann Breeden is preceded in death by her husband, Pastor James C. Breeden. She is survived by her sons, James Michael Breeden and wife Diane, John David Breeden and wife Bettina; daughters, Rebecca “Becky” Jean Taylor and husband Michael, Mary Ellen Cottrell and Richard Copeland; siblings, Brenda, Carol, Buddy, Mitchie, Cathy; grandchildren, David, Amanda, Josh, James, Amber, Steve Clay, Caleb; and 15 great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends for a visitation on Saturday, April 21, 2018 from 5 PM to 8 PM at Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home. Visitation will continue on Sunday, April 22, 2018 until time of the funeral service at 4 PM in the chapel of Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home. The family will be available at 2 PM. Burial will follow services at Pineridge Memorial Park.
