Sue Todd

Sue Todd passed away in her home in Kennesaw, Georgia on October 18, 2022, at eighty-three years old. She was born in Canton, Georgia to Harold Lee Smith and Evelyn Yeats, but had her fondest childhood memories with her brothers, Sidney Lee Smith and Harold Michael Smith, in Jacksonville Beach, Florida. While attending college at the University of West Georgia, Sue met her future husband, Ronnie Todd. They married in 1959 and started a family. Sue and Ronnie raised their two children, Mark and Kerri, in Marietta, Georgia. After Ronnie’s death, Sue graduated from Kennesaw State University in her fifties with an accounting degree and then earned an MBA. Many said her great joy were her grandchildren, Clay and Ellie. At the time of her death, Sue was a devoted mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, accountant, community member, and friend. She is survived by her two brothers, children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and many friends who loved her. The service will be held on Sunday, October 23, 2022, at Studio 22 on Main in downtown Kennesaw. Visitation will begin at 2 PM and the service will begin at 3 PM. Flowers for the service can be sent to Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home in Kennesaw, Georgia for the family to pick up.
