Just discovered the horrible news. I was a customer of Terry's since 1999.Words cannot describe the pain that I share with the family. I will miss him.

I only recently learned of my cousin Terry and Charlotte's untimely deaths, and I am so sorry. They were beautiful people and will be greatly missed. Our prayers are with the family.

I am so sorry to hear about their passing.  Terry was a first cousin of mine.  The last time we spoke was in 2010 when I tried to talk him and Charlotte into attending the Westbrook reunion in Alton, IL.  Very sad:(

I am so sorry for ur loss i am friends of  Shana and Granny Chris Jr Cindy and Jim . I feel i knew them and i feel i am part of the family. They were the sweetest and precious people ever, last time i saw them we were in the waiting room at the hospital when Chris was in ICU, and they were so sweet to me. My ex-husband, our 3 kids and I moved across the street from Terry and Charlotte in 1988 and before we even had our moving truck unpacked Terry walked over and offered his help. We cannot even begin to imagine the heartbreak you all feel right now---they were both such beautiful people, always so full of love, and the world will be a dimmer place without their light.
