Thomas is survived by his wife, Carole F. Poole; son Jeff Poole; daughter Patti and husband Dwane Rogers; sister Penny Scukanec and sister Barbara Sander; grandchildren - Tyler and Tori.
Thomas was preceded in death by son Thomas Frank Poole and his sister Jacqueline Tobin.

Thomas was a Project Manager with Marriott Hotels before his retirement. In his spare time, Thomas refereed High School Football, became an avid golfer, enjoyed tennis, cross country skiing, taught youth bowling, and travelled extensively. He was an Elder at Savior of All Lutheran Church in Cartersville and will be remembered by all who knew him as a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend.
