Warren Edgar Quarles Jr.

Eddie grew up in Marietta, was enlisted in the

Airforce Reserves, and was the owner of the former Foundation Contractors, Inc of Marietta.

Foundation Contractors was one of the largest commercial concrete contractors in

the Southeast. Eddie was a pioneer in the industry and had a knack for

thinking outside of the box. He recently opened a restaurant, 1 Block

Over, on the Marietta Square. Eddie was a loving father and a friend

to all who knew him and he lived life to the fullest. He loved golf,

traveling, flying airplanes, and making business deals.

Eddie is preceded in death by his parents, Warren E Quarles, Sr. and

Emma Jane Frey Chastain and is survived by his daughters Amber O'Shea

and Family, Stephanie Roldan and Family, and Theresa Jones and Family,

as well as his sister June Littlepage and half brother Steven Quarles,

who all love him and will miss him dearly.

Sincere gratitude to the staff and doctors at Wellstar Kennestone Hospital who took care of

Eddie and to the staff and doctors at Tranquility Hospice for their

loving care, kindness and support .

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to St Jude Childrens Hospital in his

honor.

A Memorial will be held at 1 Block Over Restaurant at 25 Powder Springs St, Marietta, GA 30064 on August 16th from 5:00 to

9:00.
