Never Forgotten, Always remembered...
It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Angela Fraser at Lake of the Hospital on July 24, 2020 with family by her side. She bravely lost her battle with cervical cancer. Left to mourn her loss are her children, Quillian Fraser and Rhyne Fraser; her loving parents, Dan McDonald and Caroline Henry; her step-mother, Sharon Ward; special guardians; Hans and Louise Wallonberg; her siblings, Darren McDonald (Rebecca), Grant McDonald (Beatrice), Gena Cheesequay, Deanna Henry (Gregory), Jari Henry, Danny Henry (Rihanna), Carolyn Henry (Quincy); Adina (Duncan), Jon (Mandi) and Heidi (Mustafa); aunts and uncles on her fathers side, Tonto, Doris, Rosie, Nancy, James, Ron P, Gail; aunts and uncles on her mother side; Violet, Billy Jr, Tina, Albert, Edith; and her nephews and nieces, Janet, Jolene, Scarlet, Joanne, Darren, Darian, Northwind, Serenity, Thunder, Glenna, Gage, Gabe, Glenn, Samuel, Adele, Lara, Nicholas, Fabian, Chris, Genita, Grant, Raymond, Christina, Chelsea, Christopher, Jodie, Selena, Josh, Silas, Summer, Quinton, Daylyn, Dannae, Dasean, Greysin, Gregor, Arianna, Jari Jr, Ophelia, Exavius, Jasmine.
She leaves this world to join her daughter, Beauty Fraser; her brothers; Christopher McDonald and James Scott; her grandparents, Bill Fraser, Agnes Fraser, Harriet McDonald and Robert McDonald, her aunts; Victoria, Josephine and Dorothy; her uncles, John, Thomas and Barney Henry and her nephew, Tristian and niece Daanis.
The family would like to thank Lake of the Woods Hospital, Cancer Care, Kenora, Ontario. Women's Hospital, Winnipeg Manitoba, Wabaseemoong Chief and Council, WCWA, JP, Wab Shki Binay Seek Calai Memorial Health Centre, Browns Funeral Home. A special shout out to Nancy Blackhawk, Willard Henry, Myrtle Letander, Clarence Sumner, Michelle and Frankie Landon, Charlene Penner, Anita Ross, Councilor Roanne Carpenter-Jourdain, Catherine Cameron and best friend Jacqueline Kent "Kitten" and spouse Harvey Fisher.
Pallbearers will be close family.
A traditional wake service will take place at Whitedog First Nation on Monday, July 27, 2020 at 3:00 p.m. Funeral services will take place at Whitedog First Nation on Wednesday, July 29, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. Cremation will follow service.
