Peacefully at Windsor Metropolitan Hospital with his family by his side on Friday, March 6, 2026. Benjamin Chrisopher Jamieson of Niisaachewan Nation in his 61st year.
He will be deeply missed by his loving partner Jaime Hill, loving father of Jennifer (Joe), Desiree, Darien (Shay), Serena (Corey), Kelly and Daniel. He was a proud papa to 19 grandchildren. He is also survived by his foster mother Gloria Bruyere, brother of Roberta, Jean (Ernie), Albert (Theresa), Roderick, Andrea and Jennifer, he will also be remembered by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends too numerous to mention.
He was predeceased by his granddaughter Meilani, his father Robert Kelly and mother Eliza Jamieson, his sisters Flora Anne and Doris, his brothers Robin, Bob and Fred.
Niibebiin and Maajaa’iwewin ceremonies will be conducted by Mide’Kiwenzie with the Lodge Grandmothers Council of Ki’eshgitabaaning at Dalles Community Hall, on March 14, 2026, at 12:00 pm. Funeral Service will be held at Dalles Community Hall on March 15, 2026, at 10:00 am with interment to follow.
