September 26,1970 - July 7, 2011

Tragically on July 7, 2011, Colin Duguay passed away at the Lake of the Woods District Hospital at the age of 40, following a motor vehicle accident.

He is survived by his loving wife Shannon, son Jeffiey and daughter Alison. He is also survived by his parents Rick and Barb Duguay, his sister Lee Duguay (Chris Puls), grandfather Willis Duguay, father and mother-in-law Fred and Carol Markham, sisters-in-law Angela (Reece) Markham and Nicole Markham, brothers-in-law Anthony (Rosa) Markham, Keith (Laura)Markham, and several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.

Colin was born in New Liskeard, Ontario on September 26,1970 and moved to Kenora at the age of three years old. A graduate of Beaver Brae Secondary School, he completed his schooling at Confederation College in Kenora and Thunder Bay. Colin and Shannon were married on August 6, 1994 and spent time living in Kenora, Thunder Bay, Slave Lake, Alberta and Winnipeg before returning to Kenora where he was employed at Service Canada in the Kenora office.

He enjoyed camping and he spent many enjoyable hours with family and friends tenting and swimming at various locations around the area. He also enjoyed bbq'ing at family gatherings and birthday parties.

Immediate cremation has taken place and at Colin's request, there will be no service.
