Passed away at Lake of the Woods District Hospital on March 11, 2016. Predeceased by his parents Allan and Alice Livingstone and brother Craig Livingstone. He is survived by his sister Colleen Livingstone (Clifford McKercher), brother Curtis Livingstone (Kathye), sister-in-law Dianne Livingstone, as well as nieces and nephews. As per Colin’s wishes, no funeral service will be held at this time.
