I remember Mrs. Harder when I waited for the bus back to Winnipeg, she was always there when I was. She was so nice to me and she was so caring, that is how I'll always remember her. She always listened to me, whatever I had to say and I was cared for by her. When my Mom and I shopped for bedding plants at Canadian Tire I looked for her there and there she was. 

I also of course, remember her coming into Keewatin Place which is where we first met. I felt a connection with her then and I always will. 

Irene, you made my life happier and love you for that.

Tom and family, sincere condolences from a Theis cousin. I have fond memories of Irene's exuberant presence at family reunions. So sad to hear she is gone. My gratitude to cousin Margaret Muir for letting our branch of the family know.

Very shocked and saddened to hear of Irene's passing. I also, got to know Tom and Irene through the Kenora Classic Car Club. We became friends and Irene was always up for a friendly chat whenever I met her down town or at McMunn & Yates .My deepest condolences to Tom and family. We will miss her.

Irene served as secretary for some years;  her true achievement was as an enthusiastic and engaged club member. Sending my deepest sympathy at this most difficult time!  I am shocked and saddened to hear of Irene's passing.  I met her many years ago when we worked at Birchwood Terrace Nursing Home.  At the time she was house keeping supervisor and kept the home in tip top shape. There was never a dull moment when she was around!  She kept a tight ship but was always up for a good laugh!  Will miss you dearly my friend.
