Keith was known and loved by many. His realistic and charismatic personality. Won the hearts of many and left a forever smile in the hearts that knew him.
He was 2005 Graduate of Southside Sr. High School of Georgetown, PA.
Formally a Captain at Sportsman Lodge in Baudette, MN. and carpentry for Randy Holmberg also in Baudette, Minnesota.
Survived by his son Ethan James Cowden of Bugettstown, PA., and daughter Lily Katherine Ayers of Baudette, MN., mother Carol Derosky along with brother John E. Derosky and nephews John Allen and Jeryn Micheal, father Douglas K. Ayers and sister April Mae Ayers-Auten along with nieces Maddlen and Abigail Auten, Grandfather Howard Ayers. As well as many uncles, aunts, cousins and many beloved friend's and extended family members.
A Tribute of his life will be held at Sportsman Lodge Thursday, April 28, 2016 at 1:30 pm for anyone who would like to say goodbye.
