Margaret Rose Muckle, a resident of Wabaseemoong, sadly passed away at the Lake of the Woods District Hospital on January 21, 2018 with her family by her side.
She is predeceased by her husband Frank Muckle Sr., her parents Katherine and Guy Henry, her siblings Clarence Sr., Alfred and Doris Henry, children; Leslie Paishk, Shirley Boyd, Bertha Frankie Jr., Rosie, Steven and Paul Muckle, nieces, Delorraine McDonald, Rosaline Paul, Jessica and Vanessa Kelly, nephews Gabriel and Dwayne Kelly, grandchildren Wayne and Larry Boyd, Clarence, Violet & Freda Muckle.
Margaret is survived by her children, Bernadette McDonald, Elizabeth Henderson and her son Bobby Muckle, sisters and brother, Alice Kelly (Albert), Agnes Paul, Florence Medicine (Joe) and Eddie Bird, she also raised 3 grandchildren and considered them her own Martin Morris, Paulette Smith and Eva Harbour, as well as grandchildren Crystal, Gina, Heather, Tammy (Bruno), Amanda (Brent), Shirley, Savannah, Shauna Muckle, Grace Harbor, Rory, Brian, Alex Henderson, Reggie (Lorraine), Linda, Terry, Judy (Brandon), Berina (Jonathan), Valerie (Euegene), Joseph (Bertha), Leslie Jr., Jeffrey, Earl & Ian Muckle.
Also surviving are her nieces and nephews, Clarence Henry Jr. (Cecilia), Larry Henry (Darlene), Judy Carter (Scott), Doris Wiley, Dora Henry, Guy Henry, Barry Henry (Mary), Paul Henry, Richard Henry, Daniel Henry (Melanie), Melvin Paul (Bernice), Margaret Paul (Wayne), Stanley Paul, Elizabeth Paul, Caroline Paul, Daniel Paul, Annie Kelly (Carl), Derek Kelly, Douglas Kelly (Cindy). Louisa Skead, Roberta Bird and Fabian Medicine, Tommy Pelly, Brian Bird, Edwin Bird, Roger Bird, Larry Bird, Ernie Rodney and Katherine Petiqwab, Lorna Henry, Tine Henry, Stella Henry, Sandra Henry, Alfred Henry Jr. and Shaun White and great grandchildren too many to mention.
Margaret enjoyed her seasonal outings, blueberry and wild rice picking, going to pow wow’s, dancing, spending quality time with her family, she also enjoyed her quiet time sitting outside while listening to her favourite country tunes. Most of all she enjoyed her time with her family and friends telling them stories of her adventures.

Traditional Wake Services will commence Wednesday, January 24, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at Wabaseemoong Community Centre. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, January 26, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. with burial to follow at Wabaseemoong Cemetery.
