Noreen Carolyn McDonald

July 14, 1993 – August 22, 2024

Noreen was a resident of Whitedog First Nation, she is survived by her parents Joe Muckle (Geraldine Atkinson), her son Ares McDonald, she will be sadly missed by her sisters, Tara, Sherry (Enus McKay), brothers Ashley, Harley, also her first cousin siblings Harriet, Myra (Wayne Muckle), Matthew, George, Rose (Jimmy Cameron), Tamela (Roderick), Veronica (Kenny Redsky). Nieces and Nephews Debney, Justine, Clara, Yaya, Abby, Joanna (Byron Hamilton), Shyanna, Jervon Simon, Thomas, Theo, Christina, Chelsea, Christopher, Jodie (Benji Kent), Alyssa, Melody, James, Javien, Aunt's Breena Boyd (Johnathan), Valerie, Linda, Judy Boyd (Brandon Bunting), Judy Land (Harry), Flavia, uncles Reggie (Lorraine), William, Boby and David as well as many other relatives too numerous to mention.

She was predeceased by her mother Sharon McDonald, Shoomis Simon and her kookum Sarah Boyd, she was also predeceased by Gordon, Dan, Holly, Ralph and Bert Boyd, Marie, Florence, Molly, Bella and Lorraine Boyd, Robert, Norris, Issac, aunties Lucy Peach, Bella, Molly, uncles Lawrence, Jacob, Jerry, Ronald, Alex and many more too numerous to mention.

Noreen loved hanging out with family, laughing and joking around, going for walks with family and staying in town with Jodie and Tamela. She also enjoyed fishing, going for walks with close friends, she loved driving around the community and hanging out with family and friends, she liked playing cards and loved the powwow trail and loved babysitting.

Wake service will begin on Friday, September 6, 2024 at 3:00pm at the Mizhakiiwetung Memorial School Gymnasium. A traditional funeral ceremony will be held on Monday, September 9, 2024 at 10:00 am at the Mizhakiiwetung Memorial School Gymnasium with burial to follow in Whitedog First Nation.
