Patrick McPherson

It is with great sadness that the family of Patrick McPherson announce his passing on Friday, February 27, 2015, after a long illness in Kenora, Ontario at the age of 67.

Patrick is survived by his brother, John, sister Patsy (Gordon) Rummerfield, sister Josephine (Stewart) Barrie and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents, George and Beatrice McPherson, sister Rosie McPherson, sister Cecilia McPherson and brother, Stephen McPherson.

Patrick was born in Lake of the Woods, Kenora. He lived in Thunder Bay for 2 years before moving back to his birth place. He loved the great outdoors; hunted and fished in Kenora. Patrick was always helping people with yard work and cutting wood. Patrick loved visiting with friends and family. Enjoyed taking time out in the canoe on local Iakes.

A Memorial Service will take place at the Lake of The Woods Cemetery at 1:00 pm on Monday, June 29, 2015, followed by a luncheon at Jubilee Church right after the service. In honour of Patrick, donations can be made to the charity of your choice.
