Charles Arthur Rowan, age 88, of Kerman, California passed away on Saturday, October 14, 2023.

Visitation for Charles will be held Wednesday, November 1, 2023 from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm at Palm Memorial - Kerman Chapel, 538 South Madera Avenue, Kerman, CA 93630.

Celebration of Life will occur Thursday, November 2, 2023 at Palm Memorial-Kerman Chapel at 10:00 and followed by the interment at Golden Sunset Cemetery, 310 S. Goldenrod, Kerman, CA 93630.

Serving as pallbearers are Michael Pereira, Joshua Rowan, Kyle Taylor, Charlie Pereira, Cord Forzano and Eddie Rowan.
