Joyce Elaine Tankersley, age 72, of Kerman, California passed away on Thursday, May 11, 2023. Joyce loved horses and her animals. She loved spending time with her family. Joyce's passion for over 30 years was working on her clients hair.
Joyce is survived by her daughter; Michelle Uquillas; her sister Annette Hanson (John); niece Keely Hanson; nephew Travis Hanson. Joyce also leaves behind her 2 grandchildren; Liam Uquillas and Amelia Uquillas.
