Michael Robert Carey

Michael's family has found great joy in knowing he is with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Michael was born on December 19, 1962 and passed away on July 5th, 2017.

Earlier this month, Michael caught the flu that quickly developed into pneumonia, leading to MRSA causing his lungs to shut down. Although he fought hard, he was not strong enough to continue. Michael was a paramedic for 20 years and worked the last several years as a commercial fisherman out of Dutch Harbor in Alaska.

He is survived by the following loved ones: 3 beautiful daughters; Crystal, Amanda, and Michaela. His grandchildren; Sasha, Ruslan, and Leon. His mother, Janie. His step-father, Michael Archer. His father, Robert Carey. His sister; Sharon Arabian and Brother; Michael Brian Archer. Along with many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Michael will be laid to rest at the Fresno Memorial Gardens Cemetery at 10 a.m. Friday July 14th 2017.

Michael Robert brought great pride and joy to all of our lives and he will surely be missed. Arguments under the direction of Palm Memorial - Kerman Chapel, Kerman, CA.
