Tony Rosas, born on December 2, 1974, passed away on November 5, 2025, at the age of 50. He was a resident of San Diego, California. Tony was a beloved son, brother, father, and uncle whose adventurous spirit touched the lives of many.
Tony was known for his love of outdoor activities, including hiking, surfing, running marathons, and practicing jiu-jitsu. He also enjoyed playing the piano, boxing, drawing, and cooking. Tony cherished spending time with his family and loved going to his nephew's games. He found joy in tending to his plants, particularly his cactarium, and feeding the birds from his patio, where all the birds would flock to him. Tony took pride in his work and was always eager to help others. Every time he came home to visit, he would assist his father with yard work, mowing the lawns.
He is survived by his son, Karim Rosas; his mother, Rosalinda V. Erazo; his father, Felix J. Huerta; his sisters, Juana Rosas, Marisa Jessica Rosas, Rosie Huerta, and Sandy Priscilla Huerta. Tony also leaves behind many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brother, Jose Alfredo Huerta, affectionately known as "Freddy."
A Life Celebration will be held on November 21, 2025, at Palm Memorial - Kerman Chapel, located at 538 South Madera Avenue, Kerman, CA 93630, at 11:00 am. Following the service, a burial will take place at Golden Sunset Memorial Park, 310 S. Goldenrod Ave, Kerman, CA 93630.
Tony will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
