Bryan R. Riggs, 90, of Chappell, died at Great Plains Medical Center in North Platte, NE on Saturday, October 11, 2025. Graveside services will be held Friday, October 17, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. at the Chappell Cemetery. Friends may visit www.cantrellfh.com to view his Tribute Wall and share condolences and memories with the family. Memorials may be given in his memory to the Chappell Ambulance Service or the Donor’s Choice. The services for Bryan have been entrusted to the Cantrell Funeral Home.
Bryan Roy Riggs was born in Moran, Kansas on March 11, 1935. He was raised on the family farm. Bryan worked for the Colorado School of Mines. He enjoyed woodworking and spending time at his RV Park visiting with travelers that would stay.
Survivors include his wife Barbara Riggs of Chappell, NE; 8 children, 17 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, 1 son, 3 sisters and 1 brother.
