Linda Diane Williams, 77, a longtime resident of Kimball, died on July 26, 2025 at Kimball Health Services. Following Linda’s wishes, cremation has been held and memorial Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, August 1, 2025 at Trinity United Methodist Church in Kimball with Pastor Lori Kentner officiating. Inurnment will be held in the Kimball Cemetery. Friends may visit www.cantrellfh.com to share stories and condolences with the family. Memorials may be given in her memory to Kimball Health Services. The services for Linda have been entrusted to the Cantrell Funeral Home.
Linda Diane Williams was born in Hardtner, Kansas on August 24, 1947, to Evert and Pauline Williams. Linda was raised in McCook, Nebraska and graduated from the McCook High School in 1965. Following graduation she was married to Larry Tuller, to this union Lisa and LaTisha were born. She was a beloved member of the Kimball Trinity United Methodist Church.
Linda dedicated 35 years to the Kimball County Sheriff’s Office, where she served as a supervisor in the office and jail. Prior to her career in law enforcement, she managed the Holiday Restaurant in Kimball and worked as a bookkeeper for C&M Oil.
Linda’s presence at family gatherings will be deeply missed, and her love and comfort will forever remain in the hearts of her family, especially whenever they see a Mickey Mouse collectible, a symbol of her joy and warmth. The family extends heartfelt gratitude for the support of her extended family and friends.
Linda is survived by her daughter, Lisa (James) Cross of Harrisburg, NE; her brother, Jerry (Sharon) Williams of Kimball, NE; grandchildren, Kristin Cross (Alan Munoz) of Scottsbluff, NE., Amanda (Ryon) Brown of Lingle, WY., Robert Cross of Harrisburg, Paige (Trevor) Bradeen of Rapid City, SD, and Jadyn Cross of Harrisburg, NE: great-grandchildren: Gabriella and Kiera Gonzalez, Ashton Gonzales of Gering, Raelee Brown of Lingle, Bexley and Bridger Bradeen of Rapid City, nephew Brian Williams and children Logan, Garrett, and Lucy., niece Traci Pleiss and children Abbi, Nick and Rylan: niece Noelle Jacquot and son Jhett and multiple great nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her daughter, LaTisha Durland.
