Marcia ‘Joyce” Shields, 84, of Kimball, died at her home in Kimball on Monday, April 30, 2012. Cremation has taken place and memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, May 7, 2012 at the Kimball Event Center with James Shields officiating. Memorials may be given to Prairie Haven Hospice. Friends may visit www.cantrellfh.com to view the obituary and leave condolences for the family. The services for Joyce have been entrusted to the Cantrell Funeral Home.
Survivors include her daughters Marcia (Ted) Northam of Walla Walla, WA., and Charlotta (Jim) Young of Kimball; sons Mark (Lee) Shields of Scottsbluff, NE., and James (Tammy) Shields of Kimball, NE; sister Jeanette Jacobs of Omaha, NE 10 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her Parents, husband Charles of 67 years, brother Raymond Landrey, sisters Darlene Morrison and IlaMae Beach, an infant son, and infant grandson and one granddaughter.
