Although she rarely showed it, she was a loving, caring, smart, and hardworking wife, mother, and member of Kimball. When she moved to Washington State, she most regretted not being able to continue to help others through her nursing and she thought she was a burden on her family and those who cared for her. I had the pleasure of working with Lou at the hospital. She and I had many good laughs. And yes she liked to pull pranks on people. Loved her smile and accent.
