Dear Mrs. Hicks, Bob and Family

I was saddened to hear of Bob's passing. I have great memories of him and your whole family from childhood. Mr. Hicks was a great man, and was a great comfort to my mother and sister when he attended my fathers funeral a few years ago. He will be missed by many, and I will always remember him.

Your family is in my thoughts and prayers.

The pain of loss is felt most by we who are left behind, yet we may take comfort in our belief that for the dearly departed, a new and better life has only just begun. My thoughts and prayers to Aunt Sandy and all family and friends of Uncle Bob who are hurting at this time.  Rest in peace, Uncle Bob.  I will always remember the way you dazzled us with your magic tricks when we were kids.

Dear Mrs. Hicks, I am so sorry for your loss. Your husband was a great man! Mr. Hicks joined Mercy Suburban's Smoking Cessation program back in 2007. He really wasn't sure he wanted to quit smoking. Some how he managed to come to every program for the next 7 years! Quitting smoking was hard for him, but he never gave up. When he did succeed, he shared his journey, year after year, with all the participants in the program. He was an inspiration to many and especially to me! Mr. Hicks will be greatly missed and always be in my heart. My deepest sympathies, Lynn Heyman

I just read in the paper that Bob passed away. I want to extend my sympathy to you and your family. I will always remember Bob from growing up and even though I had not seen him lately, I feel privileged to have known him and was saddened to hear of his passing. May God Bless all of you in this time of sadness and please know he is in a better place watching lovingly over his family.
