Jim recruited me to Philadelphia life in 1974-1975.
A super upbeat guy who was influential in starting my life insurance and financial planning career.
Always remember Christmas parties at his home and the company conferences.

 Will be remembered in our prayers.

Jim was a friend of my late Father's. My Dad was on the Vestry at St. David's Episcopal Church, heading up their Outreach Commission, and they shared many passions including their strong commitment to the work of the 18th Street Development Corporation. The volunteers from BMPC & St. David's, along with many others, built strong bonds over those years. R.I.P.

Jim was one of my co-workers at Phila Life. Working with him was, indeed, my honor. He was someone I looked up to, and who had such a positive influence on my career.     Dave Blakely

Met Jim while dog walking in Valley Forge Park in 2004. Jim had two Golden Retrievers, first Sunshine,and then Zeus, who became playmates with my two Vizslas, Sky, then Clay. When Jim moved to Shannondell, and I to North Carolina, we unfortunately lost touch.  Jim was a wonderful gentleman, a great dog person and a pleasure to know.  I'll miss him, but know he's in a beautiful place with his wife and retrievers.

There was always something special about Jim's smile.  He loved his life, family and his dogs and he will not be forgotten.

A true Christian gentleman to all he knew, Mr. B will be sorely missed. We rejoice that he is in his promised home along with Mrs. B & grieve with the family over their loss of Pop-Pop.

I am so saddened by Popop's death.  I'll remember him fondly and with a smile, forever.  I have solace in the knowledge he has been reunited with his wonderful, loving wife. God bless you all as you grieve.
