My Condolences and My Sympathy goes out to the Phillps Family. Bill was a Wonderful Man and Friend. Seeing him every Sunday at church was a Delight. Now he is with Our Heavenly Father. I am Very Sorry.

I am sorry that I am unable to come to Uncle Bill's service. I am greatful for the memories I have!
