Such a shock for us to hear of Larry's death. He was a fixture at the Upriver Campground during the winter months. He was a very kind, gentleman with a quiet sense of humor. He always had a wave or a hello when he saw you. He would work on a camper problem until he or someone he knew would get it right. There will be a void due to his absence next year at the camp. I think we all have lovely memories of him. May he rest in peace and prayers for you , his family and friends, on his loss.

There are so many things that could be said about Larry. He was an awesome friend, who would give you the shirt off his back, and was willing to help anyone with anything he was capable of. He was an awesome co-worker, would work sun up till sun down and wouldn't stop till the job was done. He was more than a friend and co-worker though, he was family and he will be missed more than he could have ever imagined. I have learned so much from spending mornings driving him to upriver for work or just talking with him on a daily basis. Thank you Larry for helping me to be a better man in many ways. Rest in peace sir, we will meet again.
