Randy was born September 29, 1941, to the late Joe T. and Cynthia Collins Williams. Randy was a man who truly loved life and the people in it. He found joy in simple things: camping trips, the excitement of a good race, and family gatherings with those he cherished most. He was a devoted father, grandfather, brother, and friend. His family meant everything to him, and he took immense pride and joy in every moment spent with them.
He shared his life with a special friend, Eloise Bentley, and together they loved attending musical events and never missed an opportunity to enjoy good food.
In addition to his parents, Randy was preceded in death by two brothers, Ted Williams and Maynard Williams; and one sister, Mildred Fugate.
Left to cherish his memory include his son, Michael Williams and wife Connie; daughter, Donna Clevinger and husband Andy; three grandchildren, Madison Clevinger, Drew Clevinger, and Casey Hencken and husband Mark; one great-grandchild, Payton Hencken. Randy is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, October 29, 2025, from 12:00 P.M. until 1:00 P.M at East Lawn Funeral Home. A funeral service will follow at 1:00 P.M. in the East Lawn Funeral Home Chapel with Brian Henry officiating. Interment in East Lawn Memorial Park will be private.
