Annie Kate Edwards, age 90, entered into rest November 13, 2012 at Holston Valley Medical Center. Annie Kate was a lifelong resident of Sullivan County. She was a graduate of Blountville High School and retired from Eastman Kodak. Annie Kate was a member of Bethel United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Edwards; parents, Arthur and Susan Hunt Hite; brother, Clarence Hite; sister, Blanche Archer; and nephew, Talmadge Archer. Survivors include one sister, Irene Hite; a niece and nephew. The family will receive friends Friday, Nov. 16, 2012 from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at East Lawn Funeral Home, with funeral services to follow at 2:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel.
