In addition to Paul, she was preceded in death by her parents, Willie and Hattie Bishop, brothers Junior Bishop and Dewey Bishop, and sister Venus Bishop.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Michelle and Matt Emory; sisters Hope Davidson (David), Shirley England Bellamy and many special nieces & nephews.
Bea’s gracious nature and sense of humor ensured that she had many friends and was surrounded by love. In the last decade of her life, she suffered from dementia, but that hateful disease could neither diminish her capacity to love nor rob her of the joy of salvation.
Bea was proud to be a wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt, friend and a child of God.
A private graveside service will be held at East Lawn Cemetery.
