Betty Sue Breeding

She was born in Rainbow Springs, North Carolina and was a former resident of Grundy, VA. She had lived in Kingsport for the past twelve years. Mrs. Breeding was a member of First Baptist Church of Kingsport, TN.

Mrs. Breeding was preceded in death by her parents, Moil David and Alice Bowman Cuthbertson; four brothers Earl, Bob, Tony and John Cuthbertson.

Survivors are her husband of 63 years, Samuel J. "Joe" Breeding, Jr.; two sons, Jody Breeding and wife Marsha of Rosedale VA. and Dr. Sam Breeding and wife Sharon of Kingsport; daughter Toni Cheek and husband Dan of Kingsport,brother, Buddy Cuthbertson of Como, NC.; two sisters, Pauline Pickett of Grapevine, TX., and Louise Shrader of Como, NC, four grandchildren, four step-grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, at East Lawn Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted in the chapel at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, December 8, 2011 with the Dr. Marvin Cameron officiating. Entombment services will follow in East Lawn Chapel of Memories.
