She is preceded in death by her mother and father Cora and Elijah Lunsford, husband Cecil Wright, her son John Wright, her sisters Pearl Hartsock, Virginia Leonard, Hazel Carr (Jay Carr - brother-in-law), Margaret Milton, brothers Robert Lunsford, Freddy Lunsford (Janie Lunsford - sister-in-law), brother-in-law Junior Vermillion and sister-in-law Diana Lunsford.
Betty is survived by her son Chris Wright (wife Lynn) and sisters Mary Vermillion, and Shirley Clark (husband Wade Clark), brothers Larry Lunsford, Albert Lunsford, several nieces and nephews, as well as her special friends Joyce Ramey and Connie Baumgardner.
A graveside service for Betty will be held Monday, January 6, 2025 at 12:00 PM with Preachers Billy Wayne Elkins and Glenn Hartsock at East Lawn Funeral Home & Memorial Park, 4997 Memorial Blvd, Kingsport, Tennessee 37664.
