Carol Susie Wagner, a long time Kingsport resident, passed September 25, 2023.
Carol will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, and sister with a positive spirit.
She was preceded in death by her husband James mother Ann Moss, and nephew Dustin Moss.
Left to cherish her memory are her children: Stephen Starnes (Gate City) and Tara Blair (Kingsport), Dad JC Moss (Kingsport), brother Jonathan (Clay) Moss & wife Tina (Kingsport), sister Amy Walsh (Duluth, GA), and brother Rodney Moss & wife Polly (Gallatin, TN), grandchildren Kylee Blair, Brand Starnes, and Alexis Tucker, along with several nieces & nephews.
