Carter Adele Stanley, infant daughter of Brad and Michelle Stanley of Kingsport, Tennessee entered into rest on Saturday, April 7, 2012 at the Holston Valley Medical Center.
Other than her parents, survivors include her paternal grandparents, Jim and Elaine Stanley of Castlewood, VA, and Mike and Althea Gaddis of Appalachia, VA; maternal grandparents, Tony and Pam Shelton of Kingsport and Randy and Sharon Fletcher of Fall Branch; Great grandmother, Jean Ward of Rogersville, TN and an uncle, Tony Shelton II of Kingsport.
The family will receive friends at East Lawn Funeral Home on Wednesday, April 11, 2012 from 6:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. with a graveside service being held on Thursday, April 12, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. in East Lawn Memorial Park with Rev. Kevin Rose, officiating.
