Clara M. Bradley, beloved Mother, Grandmother and Great-Grandmother went to be with the Lord at Wexford House Sept. 5, 2012. She experienced declining health the past several years. Clara was born in Roda, VA, and spent most of her life in Kingsport. She was retired from Holston Valley Hospital as an L.P.N. after 34 years of service. She enjoyed traveling during her retirement years. Clara was a member of First Christian Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Noah Bradley; son, Bill Bradley and son-in-law, Rev. Richard Ratliff. Left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Nell Ratliff; grandson, Tim Ratliff and wife Donna; granddaughter, Amanda Canter; great-grandsons, Alex and Isaac Ratliff, Zachary and Adam Canter and special friend, Genia, Miller. The family will receive friends at East Lawn Funeral Home, Saturday from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel with Pastor David Salley officiating. Music will be provided by Janet Asbery and Pam Hughes. Burial will follow the service at East Lawn Memorial Park.
