She was born on November 29, 1939, in Terre Haute, Indiana to the late Glen and Pauline Conley Blair. Dorothy retired from Bartholomew County School System after a long career serving as a special education teacher’s assistant.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a son, Norman Rogers.
Survivors include her sons, Tim Cosby and Brian Cosby. Dorothy is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Per Dorothy’s request, all services will be held privately.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Dorothy’s memory to a charity of your choice.
