Frances Turner Elliott age 83, passed away Saturday May 28, 2011 in The Wexford House after a long illness. She was born March 23,1928 in Dante Va. to the late Jim and Mary Turner and was a former member of Bloomingdale Baptist Church and a current member of Colonial Heights Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Roy T. Elliott Sr., four brothers Lawrence Turner; Art Turner; Millard Turner; and Carson Turner; Six sisters Lucille Fuller; Linea Turner; Jean Brenna; Della Mann; Donna Baxter; Maxine Harvey;

Survivors include three daughters Dianne Morgan and husband Ed ; Deborah Hyder and husband Lines; Janet Shaffer; one son Roy T. Elliott Jr. and wife Angela; one grandson Kevin Morgan; two granddaughters Kristi Elliott and Katie Elliott.

Entombment service will be conducted 1:00 PM. Monday May 30, 2011 at East Lawn Memorial Park with Pastor Joe W. Byrd Officiating Her family and friends will serve as pallbearers
