Frankie Roach Myers, age 89, went to be with Jesus on Saturday, February 12, 2011. Frankie was a member of the Vermont Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Thomas Roach, Sr., and her second husband, Dave Myers, her parents, Ed and Sidney Amyx Presley, sisters, Lona Burton, Laura Ringley, brother, Clinton Presley, and step-grandson, Andy Shanks. Frankie is survived by two sons, Thomas Roach, Jr. and wife Sandy , Eddie Roach of Kingsport, TN., grandchildren, Amy, Adam, Presley Roach, step-grandson Eric Shanks, six great grandchildren, sisters, Edna Lawson of Rogersville, Helen Calhoun of Mountain City, TN., several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, February 15th from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. at East Lawn Funeral Home with services at 3:00 p.m. at the funeral home chapel, with burial to follow at East Lawn Memorial Park. Memorial contributions may be made to the Kingsport Animal Shelter.
