

Helen Elaine Fleenor, 74, went to be with the Lord on Monday, May 4th, 2026. Helen’s birthday wish was to go home to our Lord, and He graciously met that need. She has been sick for several years, and now she has been made whole.
Helen was born May 3, 1952, to the late Rembert and Blanche Botkin. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers Bob and Blaine Botkin, and a special sister, Betty Frye.
Helen lived most of her life in Blountville, Tennessee. She worked at Sullivan County Courthouse for 12 years. She enjoyed watching her four grandchildren. She was their biggest fan and recognized them by their first and middle names.
Survivors include her husband of 54 years, John Fleenor; her son, Bryan Fleenor and wife LeAnn; daughter, Kristi King and husband Chad; grandchildren, Haley King, Sadie Cross and husband Justin, Cory Fleenor, and Dylan Fleenor; sister, Barbara Jean Morgan and husband Gene, special niece, Becky Morgan. Helen is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held Thursday, May 7, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. at East Lawn Funeral Home Chapel with Preacher Travis Boling officiating. Interment will be private.
