Jean Payne Parsons, 82, passed away on Sunday, June 15, 2014, in the University Hospital of Cleveland Case Medical Center. Mrs. Parsons was born on January 21, 1932 in Kingsport, Tennessee the daughter of the late Roy Payne and Lydia Ruth Stubblefield. She was preceded in death by her son, Carlos Anthony Payne. Mrs. Parsons is survived by one daughter, Lena Kopriva of Cleveland, Ohio; two brothers, Norman Payne and Roy Payne both of Kingsport, Tennessee; and several nieces and nephews. Graveside services for Mrs. Jean Payne Parsons will be held Saturday, June 21, 2014 at 11:00am in the Garden of Mausoleum of East Lawn Memorial Park with Norman Payne, Jr officiating.
