Jesse Ray Ryan, age 92 of Church Hill, passed away on Friday, May 23, 2025 at Bristol Hospice House. He was a Army Veteran, surviving in the Korean War, and was a longtime employee of JP Stevens Cotton Mill.
He was preceded in death by his parents: John and Mary Ellen Ryan; brothers: Billy, Eddie, Junior, and Coy Ryan; sisters: Ethel Hawkins and Edith Ryan, and his special family: Clarence Ed and Sybil Jeanette Galloway.
Jesse is survived by his special niece and nephew who took good care of him: Michelle and Jeff Woods.
A military graveside service for Jesse will be held Thursday, May 29, 2025 from 1:00 PM at Sulphur Springs Cemetery, Gray Station Sulphur Springs Rd, Jonesborough, TN 37659.
