In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Patton; daughter, Sandra Faye Shortt; sisters, Velma and Carline.
Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Sharon (Mark) Young; two stepdaughters, Anna Marie Lamp and Rebecca (Rob) Kempton; four grandchildren; several great grandchildren; sisters, Betty Smith, Judy Rogers, Ruby Short, and Patsy Horton. Kazel is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Her hands may now be at rest, but the love they gave will continue to touch generations. Her legacy lives on in the family she loved and the memories they will forever cherish.
