He attended Hilltop Mission Church where he was the song leader for many years.
He was preceded in death by his parents: Amos and Virginia Frazier; brothers: Ralph and Benny Frazier and sister: Dorothy Carter.
Leonard leaves his wife, Sandra Frazier, aunt: Ruth Clawson, mother-in-law: Hazel Crawford and extended family and friends.
Visitation will be Tuesday, April 30, 2024 from 5:00 until 7:00 PM at East Lawn Funeral Home with funeral services to follow at 7:00. Graveside services will be Wednesday, May 1, 2024 at 11:00 AM in East Lawn Memorial Park with Rev. Bennie Spears officiating.
