Lona Mae Rosenbalm

Mae was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great-grandmother. She loved working in her yard and outdoors in general. During World War II, Mae worked first with Holston Defense in Kingsport then at Oak Ridge building bombs. Her family thought of her as fearless and a hard worker.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 33 years, Andrew Rosenbalm; her parents, Emma Marshall Ramey and John Ramey; infant son, Bobby Rosenbalm; sisters, Viola Ramey, Ruth Richey, Buretta Ramey, and Lois Burgess; and brothers, Bud Ramey and Paul Ramey.

Those left to cherish her memory include her daughters Deborah Kay Winstead and Raymond E. and Teresa Rosenbalm and boyfriend John Carico; grandchildren, Heather Begley and David Winstead; great-grandchildren, Tyler Winstead, Cody Winstead, Connor Winstead, Logan Salyer and Kaylee Salyer; great-great-grandchild, Tyler Winstead, Jr.; niece Brenda Bowery and other nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, March 28, 2019 from 6:00 to 7:00 pm at East Lawn Funeral Home. Funeral Services will follow at 7:00 pm with Pastor Wayne Baker officiating.

Graveside service will be held on Friday, March 29, 2019 at 2:00 pm at East Lawn Memorial Park in the garden of Apostles.

Pallbearers will be Tyler Winstead, David Winstead, Cody Winstead, Logan Salyer, Connor Winstead, Shane Vaughn, and Jason Bowery.

Honorary pallbearer is Raymond Edward Winstead.
