My Precious Mamaw. Born 1924- 2019 and I’ll tell ya that dash in the middle was full. staying the perceived obvious, but if you think more deeply on it it’ll speak volumes. If it weren’t for Mary & Ben Browning there wouldn’t have been Betty and Jerry therefore I certainly wouldn’t have been here. There wouldn’t have been a Sarah and Matthew and our little bundle of joy. For if there were no Mary there wouldn’t have been a Mildred, Benny, Betty, Lois, And Lora. We’d never heard a story of Mammaw’s 1st Coca-Cola and how it burned her nose because after her sip it came out the wrong way. There wouldn’t have been a friendship between Wrightly Salling And his impact of his ministry on our family. And there wouldn’t have been long summer nights playing hide and seek, eating sour grapes and green apples, no “froggy went a courting” and “doodle lum dooldle luma do” A carport full of pollen and sweet tea and ice water. Many numerous meals and stories all year round but especially the Hollidays. There wouldn’t have been a guardrail to hang out on in 36° weather. Daniel wouldn’t have broke his arm falling from the cherry tree, Jason, Tim, and Michael wouldn’t have kept down the snake population and they wouldn’t have been hanging out In the Orange Blossom Special. Christy wouldn’t like macaroni and tomatoes and her arm scratched excessively. I wouldn’t have known it was acceptable to put cologne in your hair, at least according to Kenny. Lisa and Eddie wouldn’t have been on the horse for the iconic photo. Nobody would care about Captain Kangaroo 40 years later. And because of Sara there are still horses on the hill. I wouldn’t have been there at the mall that night to tell Nina that Matthew is a great name for a boy....but there was a Mary Browning and she was precious and all that is Love in this world and the next. We all love and will miss her, she’s left a tremendous void in our family & world. “Her life points to Christ!” •Pastor R.F.

Mamaw I love you and will miss you until we are all together again. You was the glue that held this family together and with you gone it is sure to fly apart, there will be no more summer evenings on your carport, gatherings at your home, soup beans on the stove or your voice asking a dozen times "what can I fix you to eat." Your pancakes with your special syrup, Chocolate Gravy & biscuits, your oatmeal with the cups inside each container (you had a whole collection), that little pink belt.. Thank You Jesus for the precious memories You have given me- to see me through. Father please bless each of my loved ones and heal hearts, mend lives and draw the lost to Yourself before the hour is too late. Give us peace, comfort, mercy & grace until You come again or call us home... Mamaw has now beheld You Face to face Jesus and I rejoice in that, though my heart is broken my Soul gives you all PRAISE-HONOR & GLORY Father...!!!!! Thank You Jesus my Mamaw is HOME...!!! Jesus please give my Mamaw a kiss for me and tell her I love her one more time. I ask all of this Father in Jesus name
